Patani Kuruma

Ingredients:

Green Peas        1cup
Beans                1cup
Carrot               1cup
Onion                1 Big Onion
Coriander & 
Curry Leaves     1cup
Mustard             1 spoon
Ginger Garlic
Paste                  1spoon
Coconut 
Water                 1/2 cup
Chilly,
Turmeric,
Corainder 
Powder              1spoon
Oil                     5Table spoon 

Preparation:

1. Take a Tawa and Add oil.
2. Add Mustard.
3.Add Onion and add Ginger Garlic paste.
4.After the raw smell goes on add vegetables taken.
5.Add some water and lets wait still those veggies cook.
6.After that add salt,chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder.
7.Add coconut water and lets boil.
8.Now decorate with leaves and serve.Its Ready.😊
